I cannot find a working number or email to contact Customer service. Is there a correct email address or phone number to call. I would like to replace 2 herb pods that have not germinated after 21 days.

Seed sprouting guarantee failed! 2 of the 6 pods have not sprouted. Well beyond the 8-14 days in which they should have germinated.

I bought a 6 pod kit and was surprised to see ONE pod sprout. There's NO WAY to contact customer service. AI chat keeps repeating "I don't understand", no way to send an email, make a phone call or reach them at all. I bought a Sprout LED package about 6 years ago and at that time their customer service bent over backwards, supplying me with parts and a replacement Sprout package when my bubbler stopped working. Now, you're on your own!

I used my debit card. All hoid at the bank I called abd they said they could see whete the otder wasctrued but failed on aero gardens side I tried again and same thing hsppe.

Unhappy with inability to make contact with you !!!

2 pods did not germinate after 21 days. I have e-mailed right about then and tried to call and even tried chat but since my attempt to put in the model # on the 2nd page no conntact ! I am discouraged from continuing to use your product. I live in an aparrtment, I am 82, and to watch pods grow was a pleasure. This is the third or fourth time pods have dailed. I am discouraged from buying a larger unit ! Please fix things.

Fire risk

Aerogarden refuses to reply. Contacted them 3 times via email. Sent pics.. No response. Tried phone numbers. Each says there is no person to speak with. Send an email. Now what?

I purchased seed pods that were not delivered by UPS. No customer services phone number and no response to my emails (4 of them) thru their website. Online chat person said it was my problem to deal with UPS.

I can't speak with anyone, OR "chat"! The site won't accept my phone number so won't let me go forward on line, then the Customer service phone number hangs up.

I couldn't get my on line order to place.

I guess I didn't wait long enough... because while I was on the phone with Aero, my order finally submitted. I will know next time, to wait before calling. Your representative was very helpful and friendly. Thank you. I love your company and have referred friends and have also bought aero gardens for my family. It is so awesome to eat fresh veggies from my kitchen. I have planters outside growing veggies but they have been a looonnnng time in coming. Thanks again.

Can not get a live person on the phone. Phone recording directs you to use their website with any issues. Unfortunately, their website is not user-friendly. All I need is to have two pods replaced since they didn't germinate. Waste of my time!

Request for Two Replacement Seed Pods

Two of our three Aerogarden Italian Parsley seed pods in our seedpod kit didn't sprout. The kit was ordered on 11/20, so it's been much longer than 21 days. The third Italian Parsley seed pod sprouted over a week ago. Please send two replacement Italian Parsley seed pods, in accordance with your published guarantee. -- Neal Seitz

Customer service for Aerogarden is TERRIBLE and NONEXISTENT. Aerogarden "chat" has one message only: I don't understand. There is no working phone number for customer service.
