Provide a replacement plug for the water reservoir. I am very disappointed that I have to throw away the entire unit because you don't offer a replacement reservoir plug. I want to buy a new unit.

Seed sprouting guarantee failed!

Verified Reviewer2 years ago I would have given this company 5 stars. Now I only gave them a 1 because I had to. The telephone number listed goes to a medical facility. Really?
I started a chat, and they directed me to Expert Squad and billed me $29.00. I did not understand; I thought I was paying for a new pod order.
After waiting on line for about 30 minutes, I was able to convince the person that I did not want this service and was duped into it!
In my opinion, AeroGarden has non-existent customer service. I would not have said this two years ago!

My seed sprouts aren't sprouting
I have two mint and 1 lavender, and two flowers are not sprouting. Could you please send replacements?

Verified Reviewer | Tucson, ArizonaProblemsWhen the pumps went out on my farmers unit, and I emailed and called for help to be able to order some pumps, or what options I have.
No one got back to my email and when I called the woman I spoke with took my name, number and info and said the pumps weren't in stock at that time and would call or email me when they were in That never happened either. Considering how much that unit cost, I find it insulting and unfair that a person who has purchased quite a few units from Aero Gardens can't or won't help.
I'm not asking for something for free. Just explain to me how I can order the pumps and get my unit working.
Don't use this company. You can do hydroponics with other systems and even home made and won't have the frustration I have had.

No response no way to contact company. My order was a grow light and a pod kit for summer flowers which is now late to start.
Ive ordered before with out this issue but the lack of customer service and a way to check shipping is awefull Ive tried the info theyve provided and doesnt work. I am doubtful it ever was shipped either time.

I don't have any issue with them anymore I won't use them any more customer service is terrible...I went with ahope garden 12 pod and I love it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally received an email stating that I would be receiving the replacement pods for the Aerogarden.
I still do not understand why it is so difficult to contact a person in Customer Service. The phone number on the instruction / setup brochure does not work.
I cannot find a working number or email to contact Customer service. Is there a correct email address or phone number to call. I would like to replace 2 herb pods that have not germinated after 21 days.

To put it in a nutshell will never buy another aerogarden this company lost me and everyone I talk to as a customer.

Zero customer service. 6 out of 6 petunia seed pods did not germinate. I protested it on my credit card once but thought I would give it another try. Stupid idea. This time none germinated.
Last time one out of six germinated; this time zero out of 6. All you get is a recording.
Someone needs to answer their phones and rectify complaints. I'm done.

I had one of the larger gardens. I only used it about 4 months during the winter time.
I used it two seasons, 8 months total. The third season the light would not work. The pump was still running. One customer service person said that was a common problem and might be covered and then another said no help with the problem.
There are no spare parts available (like a new light element).
I won't be buying any more aerogardens. It should last longer than 8 months of use.

The end of my Aerogarden, and they won't issue a refund. The refund policy is a joke as some pods are estimated to take 21 days to sprout but only 30 days from date of purchase to return it.
It was an interesting experiment that ended badly. Most never sprouted, even the replacement pods I ordered. The basils and dill died.
Instructions were followed exactly. Save your money, don't do it.
