I don't have any issue with them anymore I won't use them any more customer service is terrible...I went with ahope garden 12 pod and I love it.

Customer service for Aerogarden is TERRIBLE and NONEXISTENT.
Aerogarden "chat" has one message only: I don't understand.
There is no working phone number for customer service.

Bad pods and email no response and form online is not working

Trying to get pods replaced because I have 5 that never grew. Online form is not working.

Tried email with no response.

And now when I call their phone number it states they are no longer doing customer service on the phone. NO IDEA what to do now.
