Bad pods and email no response and form online is not working

Trying to get pods replaced because I have 5 that never grew. Online form is not working.

Tried email with no response.

And now when I call their phone number it states they are no longer doing customer service on the phone. NO IDEA what to do now.

Needed detailed information about electronic workings of garden as mine is no. Longer working and want to *** the system.

You have never sent power supply or pump as u promised after two calls to you and each time you were out of stock. What voltage does the light work on.

I returned it for a refund last week because the lights would never work

The lights were defective and customer support was not helpful at all so I returned the unit at a great expense to me

There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH AEROGARDEN! I Ordered two AeroGardens in May.

They were shipped and as of 7/14/23, they still have NOT DELIVERED them! My daughter is moving within weeks and the gardens need to be shipped elsewhere. No one has responded to me yet.

VERY pissed. Thats a lot of Money to spend for no product!!!
