I spent much time and got no person. I signed up to pay to talk and whatever you people did, made my card invalid and I had to get new cars and I know it was not on my end! When trying on line I said I lost power cord adaptor and wanted to get new one and all I kept getting was did I plug unit in. How could one plug it in when I has no power cord!!!!! And also, who has to pay to talk to customer service!!! Worst company to deal with and I told friends not to invest in unit! This unit is of no use to me now because I can’t get cord I needed. I am really disappointed as we enjoyed the herbs and beautiful flowers over these last years! U am hoping someone will settle this - with phone call!!! 440-537-****. Rosemary Schmiedl.
