Where are my pods? Been e-mailing for 3 weeks since no phone.

Ordered for Christmas way in advance, after 3 weeks it came! But can’t use no pods to plant

Do the lights attract bugs?I've sent this question to customer service and have not heard back. I live in California.

My windows are open at night allowing air through the screens.

With my very old Aerogarden, it uses CFL bulbs, gnats fly through the screens and are attracted to the lights. The new Aerogardens use LED lights, I'm wondering if they will still attract bugs??????
