Bad pods and email no response and form online is not working

Trying to get pods replaced because I have 5 that never grew. Online form is not working. Tried email with no response. And now when I call their phone number it states they are no longer doing customer service on the phone. NO IDEA what to do now.

Aerogarden not working

Aerogarden not working
Purchased and received new aerogarden with 7 herb pods. It gas been 21 day since germination start, and only 3 plants gave sprouted out of the 7. Genovese basil, dill, sprouts. Theme, chives, genovese basil, Italian parsley, curly parsley, and mint have not sprouted. I want new seeds that will grow!

Preferred solution: New seeds or new aerogarden.

User's recommendation: Possibly a bad aerogarden or old seeds sent from aerogarden. Also there is no customer service line to speak to a representative.

Have my FOURTH aero garden (yes, I like fresh herbs!). No longer can I set time or duration of light. I find 2 of 5 herbs do not bloom. Though they do replace it is not ideal as they are behind others. Becoming dissatisfied though I have recommended to so many friends.

There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH AEROGARDEN! I Ordered two AeroGardens in May. They were shipped and as of 7/14/23, they still have NOT DELIVERED them! My daughter is moving within weeks and the gardens need to be shipped elsewhere. No one has responded to me yet. VERY pissed. Thats a lot of Money to spend for no product!!!

Called Aerogarden customer service, they couldnt help so they forwarded that chat to a site that charges you a dollar to join and 46$ a month for continued membership! What? Unhappy customer

Hello. Ive had an Aerogarden for some time now and overall Im happy with the item. My issue is that the G. Basil is the only herb I use from it, but unfortunately for me the last 3 orders Ive placed the basil didnt germinate. Most of the others have. I dont know if theres anything you can do about this but Im very disappointed. Thank you for hearing me out

Neither of my aerogarden farm units will connect to the internet

First of all I have to say I am extremely disappointed that aerogarden does not have human support at a phone number. I thought Aerogarden had a good reputation, but the lack of a customer support number always corresponds with a greedy garbage company with trash management. The robot voicemail at the old company line is just a cherry on top of the turd pie. Now that I look more closely, using TOS from "PissedConsumer" cant be a good sign. Also, the chat bot and faqs were useless to my issue. it says its connected, but when I scan the barcode, it say aerogarden is unavailable. I even tried connecting with my old router and iphone connection sharing, So it fails on three networks. I bought these specifically for internet access, so if this can't be resolved they will need to be returned, fully assembled. routers tried: google nest router 2.4/5 tplink archer c54 2.4 only. Tried dozens of times over the last two times.

Preferred solution: I want the product to work as promised, or my money back. Wasted so much time on this.

User's recommendation: Don't buy, there is something drastically going wrong with Aerogarden. They seem to have fired all phone customer support and now you can't speak to a human.

I have the exact same issue with my garden, and I’ve even tried all the same things you have. I get connected to WiFi, but then the connection drops as soon as the process is completed.

I’ve tried two different routers, turning off the 5Ghz band, and connecting to my phone’s mobile hotspot.

Support said they have sent my issue to IT, but they don’t respond when I ask for an update. All the older reviews speak of how amazing their customer service used to be, but it must have really gone down the toilet recently.

Customer service

BuAfter years of being a customer and user, customer service is suddenly non existent. Phone contact is not available and the website is clunky and impossible to get through on. All I need is replacement of 2 pods, which they offer, but no way to reach them. From now on I will go thru Amazon, even though they dont offer the same selection. Im not ready to give up my indoor gardens and wish there was an alternative
