ProblemsWhen the pumps went out on my farmers unit, and I emailed and called for help to be able to order some pumps, or what options I have.

No one got back to my email and when I called the woman I spoke with took my name, number and info and said the pumps weren't in stock at that time and would call or email me when they were in That never happened either. Considering how much that unit cost, I find it insulting and unfair that a person who has purchased quite a few units from Aero Gardens can't or won't help. I'm not asking for something for free. Just explain to me how I can order the pumps and get my unit working. Don't use this company. You can do hydroponics with other systems and even home made and won't have the frustration I have had.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They immediately shipped five new pods and they have all sprouted. Thank you for providing this forum to resolve issues with companies!.

I bought a 6 pod kit and was surprised to see ONE pod sprout. There's NO WAY to contact customer service. AI chat keeps repeating "I don't understand", no way to send an email, make a phone call or reach them at all. I bought a Sprout LED package about 6 years ago and at that time their customer service bent over backwards, supplying me with parts and a replacement Sprout package when my bubbler stopped working. Now, you're on your own!

One of My seed pod package came torn up with no plastic wrapping on it. Am I suppose to 1) believe that it will magically be fine(I dont) 2) wasnt returned and you just didnt ship it out to me thinking Id be fine with a used package of pods(Im not) 3) assume it wasnt tainted with along the line(Im not sure because it wasnt packaged in the plastic wrap). The other one was fine. Who ever sent this knew it wasnt packaged correctly and should not have been sent. As a matter of fact, one pack came in a box(the one with the plastic covering it clearly new) and this other one (9 pod kit salad greens) came separately in a bag

Seed sprouting guarantee failed! 2 of the 6 pods have not sprouted. Well beyond the 8-14 days in which they should have germinated.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally received an email stating that I would be receiving the replacement pods for the Aerogarden.

I still do not understand why it is so difficult to contact a person in Customer Service. The phone number on the instruction / setup brochure does not work.

Should have lasted longer

I had one of the larger gardens. I only used it about 4 months during the winter time. I used it two seasons, 8 months total. The third season the light would not work. The pump was still running. One customer service person said that was a common problem and might be covered and then another said no help with the problem. There are no spare parts available (like a new light element). I won't be buying any more aerogardens. It should last longer than 8 months of use.

The end of my Aerogarden, and they won't issue a refund. The refund policy is a joke as some pods are estimated to take 21 days to sprout but only 30 days from date of purchase to return it. It was an interesting experiment that ended badly. Most never sprouted, even the replacement pods I ordered. The basils and dill died. Instructions were followed exactly. Save your money, don't do it.

2 pods did not germinate after 21 days. I have e-mailed right about then and tried to call and even tried chat but since my attempt to put in the model # on the 2nd page no conntact ! I am discouraged from continuing to use your product. I live in an aparrtment, I am 82, and to watch pods grow was a pleasure. This is the third or fourth time pods have dailed. I am discouraged from buying a larger unit ! Please fix things.

Unable to contact AeroGarden for wrong order

Received wrong order. I ordered a custom pod set and 1 plant food. I received 2 plant foods but no pods. I have emailed them received an email back stating they would get back to me in 2 business days which they did not. I will never business with them again!
