Question of product

I Bought this as a Starter for my Hydropnics 5'high x 6' Wide. FULL. Pretty excited over starting Faster planting, then Expand to More...Hasn't worked well since I Got the AeroGarden, I wanted to start seed for My Big Hydroponics, Then use for Herbs inside. Seemed like 1 side grew. I took the Pods & seeds etc. to a Thrift shop and donated ( 4 Packages) I later found the unit Packed away and took it to another Thrift shop as a donation, The Lady there was a AVID devoted Fan of Aero Garden. I told her it was just a "TOY". Told Her Why... I went back a Week later and she Told me the reason it did not work well was only left bank of lights worked and Feed Me / Add Water Buttons were not working. Continuously pumped. She said to get in touch with Aero Garden, They were good with replacements... OK, So I Tried... Put away again.. Just took out again... I just hooked Up again Today, Same thing ( I looked under and only L Lights up, Buttons stay lit... ( Not sure IF it ever Cycles as i don't wait... We'll see. Maybe I can get 3 Plants to spout and get enough for My System in a Year! No Phones seem to Work in Canada which does Not surprise me. Maybe TOO MANY COMPLAINTS??? Sure would like to have this Work. May end up building My own where i can grow More... I almost bought a Newer system from them after talking with the Thrift Store Lady. This one will go in the Garbage instead of Someone Else Problem Soon. For now, Waiting on "3"!! PS; This IS Florida, Year Round Growing Season! "PROOF of Purchase went with System to Thrift Shop! Wasn't Mine anymore! (Didn't get Back)

Need replacement booklet

I accidentally spilled a soda on the booklet and it soaked overnight so most pages got ruined. I need a new and am willing to pay for it.

Order

The phone number had a recorded message that said that do not have phone support and to contact them on their website using the options in the Contact Me section. I tried that and the Chat failed to initiate properly. I sent a message through their system.

They won’t repair. They want you to replace.

AeroGarden bounty elite. Worked great for a while. You pour the water in directly over the touch screen. Bad design. Touch screen stopped working. They wont repair it or replace it. They wont sell just a new base unit. They want me to throw the whole thing out and buy a new one. Cant use just the grow light because it plugs into the base unit, which is constantly beeping to add water or plant food. Deliberate policy is very environmentally unfriendly.

Replace grow lights

Dear Customer Service, A message appeared on the display of my Aerogarden that the lights need to be replaced. The light panel has little red, white and blue lights. Also, I have not heard the water trickling like it first did when the Aerogarden was set up. Does his mean that something else might need to be replaced? My Aerogarden has 7 planting holes. Can you please let me know the cost to replace the lights and make it work again? This was a special gift from my late cousin this year, and I am so downhearted that it lasted such a short time. Its my first time learning about growing plants in just water and I have so enjoyed watching the little seeds sprout. I turn 74 this year - who would think that this little Aerogarden has had the ability to so lift my spirits through a serious illness this winter. During recovery, every morning when I woke up, the first thing I did (and still do) is to check on the little sprouts in my Aerogarden that I keep on a table near my bed. It would make me so sad to lose it and the thought of it ending up in a landfill is very depressing, so I hope that I will be able to afford the repair of my little Aerogarden. Placed an order???

Hello I placed an order for 3 aerovoir units... there was no acknowledgement of the order. I tried many times yesterday but there seemed to be an problem with CC processing. I dont know if my first order went through and its impossible to talk to any one. Please confirm if an order went through . Thank you Rene Martell

Bad capacitor, flickering lights

AeroGarden - Bad capacitor, flickering lights
I bought many many of the gourmet herb variety packs. So far there have been 4 Dill pods & 4 Curly Parsley that did not take at all. I really would like to speak to a human being. There is so many hackers using other companies actually logos etc that this is a very uncomfortable way to communicate! Thank you Sincerely Denise H. Buffalo, NY

Couldn't Place Order

I was having trouble placing an order on their website. First the website said there were technical difficulties and then it said my card isn't working, but I used several different ones and even PayPal. I ended up calling customer service and the woman who helped me suggested I make the order as a guest. She even offered to stay on the call with me as I did it to make sure it fixed my problem, and it did.

Problem resolved.

Setting up seed starter light won't come on. On day 1 no light has come on at all. Have tried 3 sec hold on on/off button doesn't flash 3 times

Gentlemen, On February 15 I ordered three seed pods: snapdragon, lavender-s and Petunia, but none of these pods have germinated. I would appreciate either a replacement or refund. Thank you for your attention.

Farm model lights flashing on one side

Hi, the service representative on the telephone asked me to switch the light source cord to the other side unfortunately that was not the problem because it worked on the other side. Then she had me disconnect the lights and try the flickering one on the good side, which worked. It must be something internal and it is still not working sadly.

Extremely poor customer service

A couple years ago I purchased one of the counter top gardens for my wife - she loved it. The product was great - no problems. This past Christmas I thought I would upgrade it and paid $500 for the Farm 12. After putting it together it was clear that one side of the light was about 1" to 1 1/2" lower than the other side. When I emailed customer service just asking if there was a fix the response was to provide proof of purchase (I bought it through their website), take a picture of the bar code, a picture of the problem, describe the problem, the plants I was growing, name address, phone (all of which I had to provide to send them the email through their site), explanation of their warranty etc... Everything but one answer to one question. I sent a picture of the light which clearly shows the light hanging lower on one side and stated I wasn't trying nor did I want to replace it - just tell me if there is a fix. Got the same email back with the same jump through the hoops info to them with no response to the question. Even if there was no quick fix why couldn't they just say that instead of my trying to prove I bought something from them directly less than 90 days ago. Very very frustrating after spending $500 on this product. Would have been so easy to just pick up the phone in light of the fact I had to provide my phone number.
