Extremely poor customer service

A couple years ago I purchased one of the counter top gardens for my wife - she loved it. The product was great - no problems. This past Christmas I thought I would upgrade it and paid $500 for the Farm 12. After putting it together it was clear that one side of the light was about 1" to 1 1/2" lower than the other side. When I emailed customer service just asking if there was a fix the response was to provide proof of purchase (I bought it through their website), take a picture of the bar code, a picture of the problem, describe the problem, the plants I was growing, name address, phone (all of which I had to provide to send them the email through their site), explanation of their warranty etc... Everything but one answer to one question. I sent a picture of the light which clearly shows the light hanging lower on one side and stated I wasn't trying nor did I want to replace it - just tell me if there is a fix. Got the same email back with the same jump through the hoops info to them with no response to the question. Even if there was no quick fix why couldn't they just say that instead of my trying to prove I bought something from them directly less than 90 days ago. Very very frustrating after spending $500 on this product. Would have been so easy to just pick up the phone in light of the fact I had to provide my phone number.

User's recommendation: Not saying don't buy it - just hope it comes with no problems because you won't get much help from their customer service.

Delivery No. 85568**** Group No. 27470 -Failed to germinate

Gentlemen, On February 15 I ordered three seed pods: snapdragon, lavender-s and Petunia, but none of these pods have germinated. I would appreciate either a replacement or refund. Thank you for your attention.

Farm model lights flashing on one side

Hi, the service representative on the telephone asked me to switch the light source cord to the other side unfortunately that was not the problem because it worked on the other side. Then she had me disconnect the lights and try the flickering one on the good side, which worked. It must be something internal and it is still not working sadly.

Dill pod didn't germinate

Insect infestation solutions

Never was able to contact AeroGartden to ask an associate about possible solutions to the issue.. Just wanted to see if it was safe to spray plants with neem oil mist or to add neem to the water reservoir for a systemic treatment to prevent the stickiness on plants leave that I know is an insect issue.

No plant food instructions for new kit

I received a lettuce kit that I had to put together myself which is fine but I did not receive plant food already mixed. I had to mix 2 bottles and make the plant food and then there are no instruction anywhere I could find on how much to feed the plants. I emailed them and got a stock answer not a person that said add one capful.from the bottle! So no one even read my email.

Nonsprouting pod

Nothing to say except I wish I had gotten help when I needed it. Sometimes customers are not complaining, but just looking for support. A little less paranoia at customer service would help

Two seed pods did not germinate.

Have had our AeroGarden for a little over 30 days and our Parsley and Mint did not germinate. All of the other pods are doing very well. I would like to obtain new replacement pods for the Parsley and Mint pods. I am not crazy about the Mint and would really like to replace that pod with a Rosemary pod. If I have to pay extra for the Rosemary I would be willing to do so. Thanks Jack Jensen
