After several months of use, Harvest 360 stopped working.
I complied with the company's requests.
(Purchase receipt, video of problem, picture, model number, etc) After numerous emails, the company sent a new adapter which did NOT amend the non-working unit!
I emailed again, asking for a return address to send adapter back and to let them the adapter was not the issue.

This is a general complaint as I am literally at the end of my wits. For some reason, a few years ago, I noticed that the salad style pods were just not like they were before.
I sent in replacement requests and received them, but even those would just not grow and get moldy and die. This was happening more and more as time went by, I have since been told I do this too much as if this was something I want to do; spending all my time taking pictures and getting frustrated when at least half my orders are just dead with white mold and nothing even after 6-8 weeks of trying. When I do place new orders, the same thing happens, literally half my orders are crap and nothing. Still I have invested in three gardens so I keep ordering hoping things will get better and I just got a bad batch.
The tomatoes are fine. It's just the salad greens. Can you please explain if there is something going on with your pods because I can NOT be the only one going through this. Even with my last order.
I cleaned out and replaced 12 pods and NONE of them are growing. Again, my tomatoes are great. Salad green are crap. I would appreciate an answer so I can figure out how to handle this from now on.
I have THREE gardens and I've changed up all of them to grow both tomatoes and greens. Whichever garden has tomatoes is fine, the other two with greens do nothing so it is not the gardens. I've even replaced two gardens recently and they all grow tomatoes...
I'm sorry to have to ask but I need to know. I am literally throwing my money away at this point and I just can't anymore.

Preferred solution: An explanation on why the pods are so horrible and a replacement order if possible.
The shipping application is faulty and you can’t ship to one place and bill from another. I have 12 of their gardens and want to start a slew of gardens in Alaska for a lodge, but can’t.
They billing and shipping do not work and cannot edit it. Aster 5 days trying so going with another company, sadly! I dont have time for continuous problematic shipping and billing app dysfunction!

better than that.I called CS after a cable failed. The CS was quick and very positive.
They are sending my replacement cable immediately. Can't be better than that.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They immediately shipped five new pods and they have all sprouted. Thank you for providing this forum to resolve issues with companies!.
I bought a 6 pod kit and was surprised to see ONE pod sprout. There's NO WAY to contact customer service.
AI chat keeps repeating "I don't understand", no way to send an email, make a phone call or reach them at all.
I bought a Sprout LED package about 6 years ago and at that time their customer service bent over backwards, supplying me with parts and a replacement Sprout package when my bubbler stopped working. Now, you're on your own!

One of My seed pod package came torn up with no plastic wrapping on it. Am I suppose to 1) believe that it will magically be fine(I dont) 2) wasnt returned and you just didnt ship it out to me thinking Id be fine with a used package of pods(Im not) 3) assume it wasnt tainted with along the line(Im not sure because it wasnt packaged in the plastic wrap).
The other one was fine.
Who ever sent this knew it wasnt packaged correctly and should not have been sent. As a matter of fact, one pack came in a box(the one with the plastic covering it clearly new) and this other one (9 pod kit salad greens) came separately in a bag

I guess I should feel lucky. I called the customer service number in the instruction book and reached someone to talk to.
It sounds like a medical office but stay on the line. Mine wouldnt hold the time when set. It would lose over two hours each day. Very hard to set schedule.
Buttons just wouldnt work even with light touch. People that answered the phone eac of the three times I called didnt know anything about the product just read the instructions back to me. They finally sent me a replacement but didnt have the Elite Slim anymore so I had to take a cheaper model. They didnt refund any money.
This ones one isnt much better. Light will not turn on and off automatically. Sometimes comes on in the middle of the night. I give up.
Three pods never sprouted.the pods they sent with the new unit have an expired expiration date. Very bad company.

Provide a replacement plug for the water reservoir. I am very disappointed that I have to throw away the entire unit because you don't offer a replacement reservoir plug. I want to buy a new unit.

I started a chat, and they directed me to Expert Squad and billed me $29.00. I did not understand; I thought I was paying for a new pod order.
After waiting on line for about 30 minutes, I was able to convince the person that I did not want this service and was duped into it!
In my opinion, AeroGarden has non-existent customer service. I would not have said this two years ago!

My seed sprouts aren't sprouting

Verified Reviewer | Tucson, ArizonaProblemsWhen the pumps went out on my farmers unit, and I emailed and called for help to be able to order some pumps, or what options I have.
No one got back to my email and when I called the woman I spoke with took my name, number and info and said the pumps weren't in stock at that time and would call or email me when they were in That never happened either. Considering how much that unit cost, I find it insulting and unfair that a person who has purchased quite a few units from Aero Gardens can't or won't help.
I'm not asking for something for free. Just explain to me how I can order the pumps and get my unit working.
Don't use this company. You can do hydroponics with other systems and even home made and won't have the frustration I have had.
