Aerogarden Customer Service is TERRIBLE

Customer service for Aerogarden is TERRIBLE and NONEXISTENT. Aerogarden "chat" has one message only: I don't understand. There is no working phone number for customer service.

Seeds not germinating

I bought 2 aerogarden kits, and they are not germinating. The parsley, oregano, tyme, dill and various other ones that are not growing. When I go to your website for help, your asking me for a lot number. I don't understand that and what kind of customer crap service is that? What the *** kind of guarantee is that? Called, regarding a pod that did not germinate. Was placed into a chat, explained reason for call and was told I would be transferred to an expert, but needed to pay$1 refundable. I agreed. Immediately charged for membership costing $55.00, two additional charges of $.50 and two at $.25. The expert came on and I stressed I had not agreed to addl charges. They did remove them but definitely not the way to run a legit business.

Pods did not germinate

I asked for a refund and I was directed to a page to purchase a membership. Issue not resolved. Only 3 out of 9 pods germinated. Can't talk to a real person!!!

Worst customer service I ever experienced!

I wanted to change an order in the first hour after ordering - it was not possible. They are not willing to do that. Then I wanted to cancel to re-order - it is impossible to cancel. You don't even have the option to send a message if you choose the topic "cancellation". If you ask the virtual chat assistant about "cancellation" the answer is "I don't understand you". No phone number to contact on their website, all via email. They ask you to call UPS or cancel the shipping in your UPS account, which also was not possible. UPS said they have to call and request interception, but Aerogarden was not willing to do either.

I finally found a way to email AeroGarden about my incomplete order. They responded that some items would be shipped separately. They need to make this clear and have an easy-to-find email contact on their website. The autochat is of no help.

Bad pods and email no response and form online is not working

Trying to get pods replaced because I have 5 that never grew. Online form is not working. Tried email with no response. And now when I call their phone number it states they are no longer doing customer service on the phone. NO IDEA what to do now.

Impossible to reach or send email to get pods replaced under warranty. Pods on the form do not include all the pods you ordered.

Beyond frustrated. Easy to order, but impossible to contact customer support. I tried filling out the form but doesn't list all the pods I ordered, can't speak to a live person, I tried to email customer support but when you send it says to verify the email address and to type in the code they sent, but...it never goes through and says to try again after 24 hours. !@#$%^&*()_+!@#$%^&*()_+!@#$%^&*()_+
